Cleaning Fees

Are not included in the final price and will be charged upon your arrival. The cost is between 20€ - 50€ and depends on the accommodation type. More information on each accommodation description.

Accommodation Tax

Accommodation tax 1.50 € / night is not included in the final price and will be charged upon your arrival.

Arrival and departure

Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 10:00

Check In before 15:00 is possible subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay at the property.

Check Out after 10:00, is possible subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay in the property.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed

Reservation Policy:

All guests are requested to provide a valid identity document upon check-in; shall be accepted a valid passport for foreign guests and a valid identity card for domestic guests. Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation, may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

Deposit Policy:

A deposit of 40% of the total amount is requested to confirm the reservation. You are kindly requested to send the deposit-receipt within 48 hours at info@sikinostravel.com . If we have not received an update after 48 hours, your reservation will not be valid. The rest of the amount shall be charged upon your arrival at our offices.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or phone call respecting the following:

•  At least 30 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and 100% refund of the deposit amount shall be granted other than bank charges.
• 30 to 8 days prior to the arrival date - 50% refund of the deposit amount shall be granted.
• 7 to 0 days prior to the arrival date – no refund of the deposit amount shall be granted.
• The refund policy is based on the deposit amount of 40% to confirm reservation.
• In case of proven death, accident, illness, natural disaster or travel restrictions due to Covid-19 pandemic, a refund may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or Reservations Manager’s discretion.
• In case of sudden departure after the check in at your chosen accommodation, your reservation will be fully charged.
• If you don’t arrive at the accommodation on the check in date you will be fully charged for the entire reservation.
• If you do not check in on the specified date but still want to stay at the accommodation, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of your reservation. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be charged and no refund admissible.
